During this hands-on session, we’ll explore the user interface of the EBSCOhost platform, which houses numerous electronic journal collections from global publishers.<\/span><\/span>You’ll learn how to access EBSCO resources available at your organization, how to conduct basic and advanced searches, what search terminators and expanders you can use when working with search results, how and why to use subject headings, how to check for journal availability on the platform, and how to set up notifications about new issues<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

During this hands-on session, we will look at what functions are performed on the EBSCOhost platform using artificial intelligence, how to improve search using AI, how to work with additional tools such as: creating a personal account to save documents and search histories on the platform, citing documents in different formats, creating topic alerts and alerts about new issues, exporting bibliographic data to programs such as Zotero, EndNote<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
