During this practical lesson, we will review the user interface of the EBSCOhost platform, which contains numerous collections of electronic journals from global publishers.<\/span><\/span> You will learn about the new features and tools, how to access EBSCO resources available in your organization, how to conduct a basic and advanced search, what limiters and expanders you can use when working with search results, how and why to use subject headings, how to check the availability of a journal on the platform and set up notifications about the appearance of new issues.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

During this practical lesson you will learn how to effectively use the features available on the EBSCOhost platform, such as: saving articles to the cloud on Google Drive, citing an article, saving search history, creating and using a personal My EBSCOhost account, saving results to a folder, the ability to share selected information with your colleagues, creating alerts, exporting bibliographic data to programs such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote<\/p>\n
