Free Publishing Programme of training opportunity over the coming 11 months
Dear university instructors and students!
Please find information for the Research Communication Lab programme (in English Language) which is live!
This programme encompasses much of the content that would previously be covered in the Researcher Webinar Series, with a few important changes:
- Comprehensive curriculum-style learning, with each module run twice a day to accommodate researchers from all time-zones
- More interactive webinars, where attendees will be invited to reflect on real-world case studies for each module
- Certification, including a final exam and certificate for those who complete all modules and demonstrate their learning (certificates will still be provided for individual sessions as they have been in the past)
- In time, bitesize video modules will be available for each of the topics

Important: this programme, and the 11 modules, will not be replicable. There are secured expert
speakers from across our departments for each of these sessions on the understanding that each
session will only run on the scheduled dates.
The first sessions, Fundamentals of Publishing, will be next week on 28th January 2026
